Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Billing Representative at Riddle Hospital to support accurate and timely claims billing using Epic Resolute. You will handle daily edits, submit insurance claims, and ensure documentation aligns with policies.

The role requires healthcare billing experience, Excel proficiency, and knowledge of billing regulations and insurance contracts. It is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year healthcare billing experience and/or accounts receivable experience.
• MS Office applications experience including intermediate Excel proficiency required.
• Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations and medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bill third-party payer claims using the Epic Resolute module accurately and timely.
• Review and resolve daily system edits and clearinghouse edits; resolve CBO Charge Review and Claim edits.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims with documentation through electronic and/or manual processes.
• Participate in regularly scheduled department meetings and stay updated on payer contracts and billing regulations.
