Job summary

Medasource seeks a Team Lead - Epic Beaker to act as the primary Beaker contact, coordinate escalations, and guide Beaker cutover activities. Experience with EPIC Beaker AP/CP is highly preferred.

The role supports SoftLab integration, third-party systems like Roche Infinity (Navify), and strong laboratory operations knowledge. Excellent leadership and IT service delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• Five years’ experience in direct support and/or development of clinical or business applications.
• EPIC - Certification in Beaker AP and/or CP.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE, 1 WEEK ONSITE A MONTH, DATES BELOW. Travel expenses covered.

Epic Onsite Dates

• November 3-5
• December 15-17
• January 26-28
• Beaker Go-Live: February 20, 2027
• Please ensure availability for approximately two weeks of Command Center support following go-live.

Team Lead - Epic Beaker (CP/AP) Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Beaker-related issues and escalations.
• Manage and coordinate escalation needs across project teams.
• Provide leadership and guidance during Beaker cutover activities, with prior Epic Beaker go-live experience preferred.
• Support SoftLab-related integration and workflow needs.
• Demonstrate familiarity with third-party systems, including:
• Roche Infinity (Navify)
• Laboratory operations experience is strongly preferred.

Lead Application Analyst is responsible for expert-level support and configuration of assigned applications, leading the implementation efforts around new solutions and upgrades with designated team and serving as the primary point of contact for resolving questions

and issues of team, distributing work assignments. The position entails assisting, training, and supporting junior analysts with the operation and administration of systems. The Lead Application Analyst position works with customers at all levels in the organization to enhance their understanding of available tools to enhance operational efficiencies. This position manages customer expectations and deliverables, and responsibilities may include creating custom solutions or advanced configuration options to solve operational or workflow issues. The Lead Application Analyst position manages troubleshooting of issues and problems within related IT applications and manages applications and related services and contributes to the successful mission of the department. This position applies skills in line with the clients values and goals to assure the efficient, effective and consistent delivery of high-quality IT services.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field or experience working as a licensed clinical or certified professional or an additional four years’ experience in additional to the experience listed below in lieu of Bachelors or licensed clinical or certified IT professional experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Five years’ experience in direct support and/or development of clinical or business applications

Experience supporting large scale clinical, ancillary or business environments

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS - REQUIRED:

EPIC - Certification in Beaker AP and/or CP

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined

through on-going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.

Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the
