Job summary

Freeman is seeking a System Analyst in Joplin, MO to act as the primary support contact for applications and coordinate project-related issues. The role requires in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and processes and a clean driving record.

Candidates must be located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma and be able to attend in-person orientation. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and vendor certifications. Freeman offers comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience directly related
• Must attend in-person orientation
• Physically located in MO, KS, AR or OK
• Clean driving record
• Must obtain required vendor certifications for support within 3 attempts
• Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support contacts for each application and coordinate issues during projects
• Ensure knowledge of organization policies, procedures and business operations
• Provide timely and effective resolution of technical/support requests
