Job summary

UT Health San Antonio is seeking an Epic Beaker Application Analyst to support the Beaker module within Epic. You will collaborate with and provide tier-two support to teams, manage priorities, and act as a project lead for key initiatives while developing and documenting procedures for related systems.

The role requires three years of relevant experience with clinical or business systems, and Epic Beaker certification within 18 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience with clinical or business systems.
• Epic Beaker certification within eighteen months of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree required (4 years of comparable experience may be substituted for a degree).

Responsibilities

• Understand and document current workflow and future workflows for app changes.
• Propose system enhancements and prototype configuration options.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and configuration updates to Epic applications.
• Create test scripts and coordinate testing for changes.
• Provide tier-two end-user support and coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate deployment of changes with training and operations.
