• Needs familiarity with lab instrument interfaces and HL7 interfaces.
• Must demonstrate strong analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly with project leadership and subject matter experts.
• Must gain trust and establish effective relationships with Epic counterparts.

• Ability to research and interpret information to diagnose problems and devise actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology and Beaker Anatomic Pathology.
• Guide workflow design, build and test the system; analyze related technical issues.
• Collaborate with Epic counterparts and beaker-related interfaces for smooth operations.
