314e Corporation is seeking a Director of Epic Applications to lead the strategy for Epic deployment and integration across healthcare technology platforms. This role will establish standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure scalable, compliant, and interoperable solutions.

The Director will be the SME for Epic applications, clinical workflows, and interoperability requirements. The position supports remote work within the United States, with potential reporting to an office at Yardley,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years in healthcare IT
• Experience with functional and technical analysis of Epic-based healthcare applications
• Experience with Epic integrations and healthcare data exchange
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration supporting enterprise healthcare software initiatives
• Experience providing technical or functional guidance to healthcare IT project teams

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic application and integration strategy across healthcare technology platforms
• Establish Epic integration standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for scalable, compliant, and interoperable solutions
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Epic applications, clinical workflows, and interoperability requirements
• Perform functional and technical analysis of Epic-based healthcare applications
• Guide the design and delivery of Epic integrations and healthcare data exchange
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support enterprise healthcare software initiatives
• Provide technical and functional guidance to healthcare IT project teams
