Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Application Coordinator to design, build, test, validate, and support Epic clinical and revenue cycle applications. The role requires Epic certification and deep knowledge of the software.

The position includes on-call Tier III support and collaboration with clinical and financial teams to implement future-state workflows across Georgia locations such as Atlanta, Augusta, Columbus, Athens, and Macon.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or current clinical licensure in nursing, radiology, pharmacy, respiratory or related field.
In lieu of degree, four years of experience in business administration, information technology or science, healthcare or related field.
Current Epic certification required or Epic proficiency with ≥90 score preferred

Responsibilities

Design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of clinical and/or revenue cycle Epic applications.
On-call period duties 24/7; provide Tier III level support and implement configuration changes as approved.
Collaborate across interdisciplinary workgroups to design future-state workflows and ensure Epic functionality aligns with clinical/financial needs.
