Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP is expanding its Epic Practice within the Digital Solutions Healthcare team and seeks Epic Application Analysts/Consultants. You will apply Epic expertise to design, build, test, implement and optimize Epic software across ambulatory and acute care settings, supporting client engagements and ongoing system improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant knowledge of Epic implementations, upgrades and optimizations.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and workflow analysis for Epic projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client expectations in healthcare settings.
• Epic certifications with ongoing education or recertification expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted member of the Epic Practice team on projects.
• Lead design/build/configuration, testing, training and implementation activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise and best-practice guidance to clients.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
