You will analyze requirements, configure workflows, test solutions, and partner with operations, clinical, and analytics stakeholders.

The role emphasizes system optimization, end-user support, and ongoing improvements to enrollee outcomes. Prior experience in managed care operations and Medicaid/Medicare programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field required.
• 3 years of Epic EMR/EMR experience with healthcare workflows required.
• Epic certification and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing maintenance of clinical or revenue cycle applications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflows and educate end users.
• Provide on-call support and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in change management, release notes, and project requests.
• Maintain Epic certifications and stay current with system enhancements.
