Job summary

You will configure, test, and implement solutions, coordinate with operational, clinical, financial, and analytics stakeholders, and provide end-user education and on-call support. A Bachelor's and 3 years Epic EMR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• 3 years' experience with Epic EMR or other EMR applications.
• EPIC Certification required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain, and support clinical or revenue cycle applications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize system functionality.
• Educate end users on system capabilities and workflows.
• Participate in meetings with department leaders to identify system needs.
• Provide on-call support and handle releases, upgrades, and change management.
