Job summary

Baker Tilly's Epic Practice is seeking an Epic Application Analyst/Consultant to join the Digital Solutions Healthcare team. You will work across Epic modules to design, test, implement and support EHR workflows in client environments, with a focus on delivering reliable, compliant patient care processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead requirements gathering, and mentor junior IT professionals while maintaining Epic certifications and staying current with product updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field is preferred; experience may substitute.
• Epic certifications or active pursuit of them are valued.
• Ability to design, build and configure Epic workflows across modules.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the Epic Practice team with responsibilities including:
• Demonstrate expertise in Epic implementations, upgrades and optimizations.
• Plan, design/build, test, implement and support Epic EHR needs.
• Lead requirements gathering and workflow analysis with clients.
• Provide testing, training and implementation support for applications.
• Mentor IT staff onsite or remotely and maintain Epic certifications.
