Job summary
Medasource is seeking experienced Epic Analysts to support a large-scale initiative involving Hippocratic AI and its integration into existing Epic workflows. These resources will augment the internal Epic team by taking ownership of repeatable, well-defined build and configuration activities, allowing internal analysts to focus on more complex development.
The ideal candidate will hold Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose certifications, with Ambulatory experience, and can independently execute
Qualifications
- Current Epic Healthy Planet certification.
- Epic Compass Rose certification.
- Epic Ambulatory certification and/or hands-on Ambulatory experience.
- Hands-on Epic application build and configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Healthy Planet workflows and population health.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on Epic build, configuration, testing, and maintenance.
- Execute Healthy Planet and Compass Rose build activities based on standards.
- Support ambulatory workflows and related Epic configurations.
- Collaborate with Epic analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements.
- Own routine build requests and escalate complex work to SMEs.
- Conduct unit and integrated testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Document build decisions and configurations per standards.
- Identify out-of-pattern needs and escalate to SMEs.
- Work with Epic teams, operations, and project leadership.
- Support optimization as project requirements evolve.
