CereCore is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst to join our team Remotely, with some travel onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Epic Application Analyst report to the Epic Project director and are key members of the Epic implementation team. The Epic Application Analyst (EpicCare Ambulatory) is the primary point of contact for the EpicCare application, and is involved in all aspects of system design, build, and testing while also coordinating and facilitating solutions for all issues that arise during the project with regards to the EpicCare Ambulatory application. The leader of this application will work closely with hospital outpatient departments, clinics, and provider practices throughout the organization both during and post go-live. The position will develop and improve upon areas of clinical or outpatient integration points such as scheduling, lab, radiology, billing, and inpatient clinical.
• The Epic Application Analyst (EpicCare Ambulatory) will gain in-depth knowledge of the software by attending application support training and completing application certification projects and tests.

Position Requirements:

• Certified in Epic Ambulatory
• At least 3 years build experience
• Implementation experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic / Overview knowledge of the outpatient scheduling process
• Basic / Overview knowledge of the lab, and radiology workflow
• The ability and willingness to see things in an open-minded way and examine ideas/concepts from multiple angles/viewpoints
• The ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
