CereCore is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst to join our team Remotely, with some travel onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Epic Application Analyst reports to the Epic Project director and is a key member of the Epic implementation team. The Epic Application Analyst (EpicCare Ambulatory) is the primary contact for the EpicCare application, involved in all aspects of system design, build, and testing, while coordinating solutions for issues related to the EpicCare Ambulatory application. This leader will work closely with hospital outpatient departments, clinics, and provider practices during and after go-live. The role includes developing and enhancing clinical or outpatient integration points such as scheduling, lab, radiology, billing, and inpatient clinical.
- The Epic Application Analyst (EpicCare Ambulatory) will gain in-depth knowledge of the software through application support training and certification projects.
Position Requirements:
- Certified in Epic Ambulatory
- Minimum 3 years build experience
- Implementation experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of outpatient scheduling, lab, and radiology workflows
- Open-minded approach and ability to examine ideas from multiple angles
- Ownership mentality to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Proactive in seeking and completing tasks, and assisting others
- Ability to analyze information from various sources to identify causes and develop solutions
- Perseverance in challenging situations, overcoming obstacles, and maintaining high performance under stress
