Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare IT with Epic knowledge and an Epic certification plan within 90 days of training. On-call and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

Experience with system builds, upgrades, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

Facilitates implementation of Baptist OneCare and related projects.
Analyzes problems and develops action plans to ensure successful implementation.
Completes testing of software applications using established standards.
Provides ongoing support of Epic and other applications.
Completes assigned goals.
