Job summary

Coherent Corp. in Sherman, TX is seeking an Operations Associate to support on-shift activities, maintain run-to-run VCSEL/PD production, and train staff in Work Instructions within a cleanroom environment.

The role involves running SPC charts, collaborating with Engineering on new workflows and process development, and ensuring accurate data gathering and adherence to ISO/EHS standards associated with a 12-hour swing/night shift.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or higher with 2-4+ years related semiconductor manufacturing experience
• MS Office knowledge required
• Experience in a high-volume semiconductor environment; familiarity with SPC

Must be able to operate in a cleanroom environment wearing attire designed for a Class 100 operations
