Brooksource is seeking a hands-on Equipment Technician to support maintenance, calibration, and builds for semiconductor testers (STS and UFP) in a regulated environment. The position requires an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in electrical, software, systems, or computer science and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
We are seeking a hands‑on Equipment Technician to support maintenance, calibration, and equipment builds for semiconductor testers, specifically the STS and UFP platforms. This role operates within a regulated, controlled environment and blends technical assembly work with ongoing calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting support.
Day‑to‑day work is approximately 75% hands‑on assembly and equipment builds and 25% calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, though this ratio can fluctuate based on business needs. Strong documentation skills are essential, including experience writing or supporting test protocols and equipment reports. Note: HIPAA experience is not required, as this team does not handle patient data.
