Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Corporate Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of its Quality Management Program across utility-scale solar, BESS, and transmission projects.

You will drive standardized quality processes, support pre-construction quality planning, and collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to ensure quality controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of quality management experience in EPC, construction, energy, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience supporting engineering, design, or pre-construction functions.
• Experience developing and implementing quality management systems and quality processes.
• Familiarity with utility-scale renewable energy projects, power generation, transmission, or large construction programs.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with engineering and project execution teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of PRE’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop and standardize quality policies, procedures, work processes, templates, and quality control documentation.
• Help establish company-wide quality standards and performance expectations.
• Assist in quality initiatives that improve project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Support quality-related continuous improvement programs across the organization.
• Partner with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Project Development during pursuits.
