North American Stamping Group seeks an EPC Team Leader to guide the inspection of product quality and ensure compliance with QMS procedures and customer requirements. The role includes leading team members, maintaining area flow, and documenting inspections.

You will collaborate with Production & Quality, develop rework methods, and ensure accurate inventory and data in ShopEdge while upholding safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3 years manufacturing experience.
• 2 years computer (PC) experience.
• Fundamental understanding of Quality Documentation and In-Process Inspection.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T and Gage R&R.
• Ability to work a schedule to complete daily duties.
• Basic understanding of Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis.
• Detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities.
• Hands-on approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to EPC team and maintain area flow.
• Inspect stamped/welded/assembled product to defined quality standards.
• Assist in developing rework methods and instructions.
• Ensure product is identified in ShopEdge and inventory transactions are complete.
• Conduct 5S workplace orientation and maintain records of audits.
• Lead start-of-shift meeting and monitor area performance.
• Provide back-up support to EPC department as required.
• Train and audit team members in standardized work and maintain training records.
