Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proposal and/or estimating management experience required.
• Knowledge of high-voltage EPC projects and related processes.
• Proficiency in scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Proposal Managers and Estimators.
• Ensure proposals and estimates meet schedules.
• Analyze proposal activities and develop KPIs.
