Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager (EPC) to lead large, multi-discipline projects in the water/wastewater sector. You will drive delivery across scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating construction, commissioning, and QA/QC activities.

You will manage client relationships, lead meetings, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, traveling to client sites as needed. A PE license is preferred and PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Management experience in mega-project environments ($100M+).
• Experience reviewing P&IDs as Mechanical Engineer or Project Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; PMP preferred.
• Experience with construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Industry experience in Water/Wastewater or Chemical Processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award through execution and final closeout.
• Oversee construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Monitor project performance against budget, schedule, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead meetings, reporting, and updates.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and execute construction and project plans.
• Ensure quality inspections and testing adherence.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to safety, cost, schedule, and operations.
• Manage financials including budgets, forecasts, and change orders.
