Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to drive electrical utility construction projects in the Green Bay area. You will oversee proposals, scope, scheduling and budget, collaborating with internal teams and external engineers to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with electrical utility contractors.
• Experience with substation or transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from proposal development through execution, ensuring proper scoping, technical soundness, and alignment with schedule and budget.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners; oversee equipment sourcing and procurement.
• Support construction planning to ensure readiness for mobilization and field execution.
• Review EPC proposals and perform project due diligence; partner with Operations, Estimating and Risk Management to align all phases.
