Job summary

Eightelevengroup seeks a Project Manager to lead large-scale facility and infrastructure projects in Orlando or Melbourne, FL. This on-site role offers ownership from design through closeout, coordinating design, procurement, construction and commissioning with multidisciplinary teams.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, contracts, risk, and client relationships while mentoring project teams and supporting business development within a respected EPC organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in facility/construction/capital projects.
• Experience with Design-Build project delivery.
• Strong communication with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from inception to completion.
• Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Manage schedules, budgets, scopes, contracts, and risk.
• Develop and maintain project plans and execution strategies.
• Mentor project team members and support business development.
