Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced project manager to lead engineering design projects across civil, electrical, mechanical, and automation disciplines. You will report to our Operations Leader, build client relationships, manage dynamic projects, and champion our engineering team in a hybrid setting.

The ideal candidate has entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related project management experience.
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects.
• Knowledge of engineering processes.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Track record of delivering projects on budget and on time.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Pulp & Paper, and Consumer Products is a plus.
• PMP certification is preferred.

• Lead Projects from start to finish, ensuring details are covered.
• Define Vision: Shape and document the engineering scope with clarity.
• Oversee Deliverables: Ensure every project aspect is delivered on time.
