Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced project manager to lead engineering design projects across civil, electrical, mechanical, and automation disciplines. You will report to the Operations Leader and build strong client relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The role involves coordinating diverse teams, defining project scope, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with client policies. Travel up to 30% for site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related project management experience.
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects.
• Knowledge of engineering processes.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Track record of delivering projects on budget and on time.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Pulp & Paper, and Consumer Products is a plus.
• PMP certification is preferred.

We're on the hunt for an experienced project manager to lead thrilling engineering design projects. If you're passionate about collaboration and innovation, this role is for you! You'll work with diverse engineering teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, and automation) and report to our Operations Leader. Your mission? To build strong relationships, manage dynamic projects, and champion our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Vision: Shape and document the engineering scope with clarity.

• Coordinate Resources: Secure everything the team needs, from drawings to site visits.

• Track Success: Monitor and manage project costs effectively.
• Adapt and Communicate: Quickly adjust to changes and keep everyone informed.
