Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and ensure successful project outcomes using established teams, standards, and tools. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop execution strategies and ensure compliance with contract specifications.

The role emphasizes ownership of project initiation through completion, with emphasis on KPI tracking, schedule adherence, risk management, and solid communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other technical discipline, plus 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of EPC projects, capital projects execution, or engineered‑to‑order project environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; experience with document control and risk management software.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Ability to design and implement business processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for project execution from initiation to completion.
• Establish strong client relationships and manage customer expectations.
• Be accountable for project finances including milestones, cash forecasting, and EACs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and drive actions to meet timelines.
• Identify risks and quantify cost and schedule impacts with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate meetings, distribute minutes, and maintain action registers.
• Record lessons learned and lead reviews; report milestones to stakeholders.
