EPC Project Manager — Air Pollution Control

Job summary

ANDRITZ in Georgia, USA, seeks a Project Manager to drive execution of Capital Air Pollution Control Projects from equipment supply through EPC within milestones and budget. You’ll be the primary customer contact, manage contracts, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver on time.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in heavy industry project management, a BS in engineering, and PMP certification or equivalent. SAP/AutoCAD knowledge is a plus; legal right to work in the USA is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years’ experience in the field of project management in heavy industry projects, with practical experience in the Air Quality Control industry a plus.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering a plus; technical degree preferred
• PMP Certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Overall project responsibility for Capital Air Pollution Control Projects; Projects will range from equipment supply only through full EPC responsibility.
• Serve as the main point of customer contact for all correspondence and contract matters.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Exhibit strong leadership while steering the project team through the project execution by promoting a collaborative, supportive and goal driven culture.
• Conducts regular meetings with customers and project teams as needed to effectively execute the project.
• Preparation and tracking of Project Plan and Schedule to ensure compliance with contract requirements and customer expectations; lead the team through resolution of any contract discrepancies that may be discovered.
