We're Hiring: EPC Project Manager - Renewable Energy

Location: Flexible (Travel Required)

We’re looking for a results-driven EPC Project Manager to oversee utility-scale energy projects from concept to commissioning. If you have a strong background in power systems or renewable construction and love bringing complex builds to life, this could be your next move.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading full EPC project delivery: RFPs, design coordination, scheduling, and execution

• Collaborating with engineers, procurement teams, and construction partners

• Driving project performance to meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations

• Managing risk, tracking financials, and ensuring documentation is complete

• Visiting project sites and ensuring alignment across stakeholders

• Keeping leadership informed and engaged on progress and performance

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in power systems or utility-scale construction

Strong project management and client-facing skills

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

PMP certification and/or electrical license a bonus

Solid grasp of project tools (Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.)

Ability to manage multiple projects and stay calm under pressure
