What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute EPC projects
• Develop project schedules and budgets
• Manage engineering and design activities
• Coordinate procurement and material deliveries
• Lead subcontractors and construction teams
• Manage customer communication and reporting
• Monitor project quality and safety
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support commissioning and project turnover
• Ensure successful project closeout

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing engineering or construction projects
• Knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Experience with renewable energy, utility, industrial, or commercial construction is preferred
