Blueprint Energy Solutions designs and builds resilient energy infrastructure across North America, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging, solar, microgrids, backup generation, medium‑voltage infrastructure, and other commercial and industrial energy projects.

Our Corporate Operations team provides the business support that enables successful project execution from pursuit through project closeout.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities vary by position but may include:

• Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages

• Support financial reporting, budgeting, invoicing, payroll, and accounting functions
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
• Maintain project documentation and compliance records
• Improve internal processes and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field teams
