Job summary

Victaulic Company is seeking a dynamic Project Execution Manager to lead cross-functional success for construction projects across EPC accounts. You will oversee demand planning and execution, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, VDC, Product Management, and Customer Care to align with business objectives.

PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. The role requires managing multiple projects, developing detailed plans, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, sales operations, supply chain, or related leadership role.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to manage multiple (~5) projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from demand planning to final delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resources.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate internal teams and external entities for seamless execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across EPC accounts.
• Serve as a bridge between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams.
• Translate sales data analytics into manufacturing and supply chain actions.
• Develop KPIs and monitor program milestones for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular executive updates to leadership.
