Job summary

Fermi LLC in Amarillo, TX seeks an EPC Cost Manager to lead project-level cost control, forecasting, and reporting across the operations organization.

You will own budgets, commitments, accruals, actuals, and ETC/EAC forecasts, consolidate contractor costs, and deliver timely cost information to leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in EPC or capital projects, strong Excel and Oracle Unifier skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC or capital project cost control/management.
• Strong command of commitments, accruals, actuals, ETC/EAC and cash flow.
• Proficiency with cost-management systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage all execution and contractor costs into a single operations view.
• Own project cost control cycle: budgets, commitments, accruals, actuals, ETC/EAC.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts and cash flow across the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve contractor invoices, POs, commitments, and change orders.
• Produce cost reports, dashboards, analysis for leadership.
• Drive cost governance and process improvements within operations.
