Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters within the Milwaukee region. This fast-paced role is for self-directed, motivated individuals willing to travel and grow in the telecom field.

Candidates should reside within 60 miles of Milwaukee, WI, and be available for after-hours and weekend call outs. Core duties include diagnosing, maintaining, and upgrading cooling systems, performing checks, and timely reporting of

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install and replace components of entire systems.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on HVAC equipment and carry out performance checks.
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to HVAC equipment as needed, including out-of-season work.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely per PEARCE policy and insurance requirements.
