Job summary

Cortland is seeking a Maintenance Technician with EPA certification and 1–3 years of experience in facilities services or multi‑family resident satisfaction. You will diagnose and repair issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems, ensuring safety and timely resolutions for residents and the property.

You will participate in preventive maintenance, manage inventory, and support on‑call shifts.

Qualifications

• EPA certification and 1–3 years of experience in facilities services or multi‑family resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents to identify, diagnose, repair, and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, stairs, railings, gas fixtures, carpet, tiles, flooring, etc.
