Qualifications

• EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year to 3+ years in maintenance or facilities roles, preferably in multi-family housing.
• Strong technical aptitude across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and resolve maintenance issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances and more.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance to improve performance and reduce downtime.
• Respond to on-call rotations and emergency maintenance situations.
• Document completed work and report recurring issues to your supervisor.
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with residents and team members.
