Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, TX to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and janitorial services across the property. Under supervision, you will help maintain curb appeal and apartment quality while handling safety concerns and emergency requests.

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, EPA certification within 90 days, and 3-4 years of maintenance experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; EPA certification required; must be attained within 90 days of hire; sufficient knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessment.
• At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience.
• Technical skills: Computer proficiency preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Respond to after-hours emergency service requests, 24/7 as schedule.
• May assist at other properties and run property-related errands as necessary.
