Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC seeks an EPA Certified Maintenance Technician in Athens, GA to perform skilled maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and appliances. The role includes apartment turnover, preventive maintenance, and routine housekeeping of common areas, with on-call responsibilities and a clear path to advancement.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor under the Property Manager, handling safety rules, inventory, and timely repairs while contributing to resident

Qualifications

• Must have valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklists.
• Perform common area maintenance including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal and window cleaning.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, or shutter issues and report findings.
• Support a preventive maintenance program and ensure safe operation of equipment and structures.
• Maintain inventory by logging new tools and equipment and keeping work areas clean and orderly.
