Job summary

Howell’s Heating & Air is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Tech to perform routine HVAC maintenance, diagnose issues, and install or repair equipment for commercial customers. You will communicate results and recommendations to customers in a clear, professional manner while upholding safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have at least one year of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid Virginia driver7s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow control wiring schematics.
• Education sufficient to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC equipment.
• Understanding of proper use and care of technician tools.
• Ability to braze and solder/weld.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on customers’ HVAC systems efficiently and accurately.
• Identify potential issues that may impact current or future equipment performance.
• Communicate diagnostic results, recommended repairs, and completed work clearly to customers.
