High School diploma or GED, supplemented by vocational/technical training in HVAC and three (3) years of experience with HVAC systems.
Must maintain a valid Ohio driver's license.
Universal EPA certification is required.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, air handlers, and water lines.
Perform preventative maintenance and respond to trouble reports.
Troubleshoot electrical controls and refrigerant systems.
Perform boiler safety checks and inspect for inspections.
Assist with inventory control, records, and daily work reports.
Escort outside contractors and coordinate with PFM staff.
