Job summary

Station Casinos seeks a General Engineer to support and promote the "We Win Hearts" culture. You will work under supervision to operate the fire alarm system and repair kitchen equipment, boilers, walk-in coolers/freezers, and plumbing.

Maintain records and perform preventive maintenance; install new systems as directed. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of refrigeration experience, EPA certification, knowledge of Health Department/ADA/OSHA codes, and a valid Nevada driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration.
• EPA certification is required.
• Basic knowledge of Health Department, ADA, and OSHA codes and regulations.
• Must have a valid Nevada driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the fire alarm system.
• Repair and maintain kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, boilers, water heaters, pumps, and plumbing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and replace parts as scheduled.
• Install new equipment and systems as directed.
• Document all pertinent maintenance data.
