Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Coordinator-RN for the Electrophysiology (EP) Program. The person will coordinate access to care, support research activities, and collaborate with the Structural Heart and MCS teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across inpatient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience caring for patients with cardiac diseases required.
• Cardiac intensive care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate access to care for EP patients based on established criteria.
• Maintain EP databases and generate performance and outcome reports.
• Collaborate with Cardiac Specialty and MCS teams in patient management.
• Support IRB-approved research to improve outcomes in cardiovascular disease.
• Advocate for patients and ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
