Boston Scientific is seeking an EP Mapping Specialist to join the Cardiology team on a field-based, US-wide territory. You will train clinicians and sales staff on Rhythmia mapping systems and related AF Solutions technologies during procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology or equivalent education and experience.
• Must demonstrate a technical aptitude and ability to discuss and explain complex technical product information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies, EP mapping and recording systems, transeptal access technologies, and left atrial appendage occlusion technologies.
• Attend procedures in hospital labs for clinical support and development of AF Solutions products including Rhythmia HDx mapping system, LabSystem Pro recording system, transeptal access products, diagnostic and therapeutic catheters, and WATCHMAN LAAC technologies.
• Educate customers on AF Solutions products via presentations and demonstrations to keep customers updated on products and developments.
• Travel to meet with physicians and hospital staff to discuss clinical needs and demonstrate how products help achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel at all levels to identify key decision makers and expand contacts across departments.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints, developing creative solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate change leadership and build partnerships across AF Solutions and in Marketing, Training, and Strategic Planning.
• Coordinate territory and field sales efforts to build partnerships and meet business objectives.
• Develop relationships with referring physicians and other key personnel to promote market development and growth.
• Train on clinical trial protocols and regulatory requirements to meet departmental objectives.
• Manage clinical trial activity within the territory, including visits and site initiations.
• Educate investigators on protocols and product features.
