Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Electrophysiology Mapping Specialist to support Rhythmia mapping systems and AF Solutions products in hospital accounts across the assigned geography. The role combines hands-on fieldwork, clinical training, and collaboration with physicians, EP lab staff, and sales teams to ensure safe, effective use of devices.

You will develop advanced clinical knowledge, participate in procedures, educate customers, travel as needed, and contribute to meeting and exceeding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of 3D cardiac mapping system experience or minimum of 10 years in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology or equivalent education and experience.
• Must demonstrate a technical aptitude, and ability to discuss & explain complex technical product information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies and mapping systems.
• Attend procedures in hospital EP labs for clinical support and development efforts of AF Solutions products.
• Educate customers on product usage via presentations and demonstrations.
• Travel to meet physicians and hospital staff to discuss goals and demonstrate products.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
• Lead change and build partnerships across AF Solutions.
• Coordinate territory sales efforts to meet business objectives.
• Develop relationships with referring physicians to promote growth.
• Train on clinical trial protocols and SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance.
