Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Electrophysiology Mapping Specialist to join the Cardiology team. The role focuses on in-territory clinical, technical and educational support during cardiac procedures using the Opal HDx mapping system, contributing to patient care and business goals.

The candidate will undergo intensive training, gain knowledge of EP technologies, and provide expert support to physicians and EP lab staff, influencing outcomes and product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology, or equivalent background.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to convey complex product details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies.
• Attend procedures to provide clinical support for AF Solutions products.
• Educate customers on clinical usage and benefits of AF Solutions products.
• Meet with physicians and stakeholders to assess needs and demonstrate product value.
• Develop relationships with hospital staff to expand influence across departments.
• Respond to inquiries by collaborating with sales, clinical research, marketing and support.
• Coordinate with sales teams to advance business objectives.
• Support physician education and market development through engagement with referring physicians.
