Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking an Electrophysiology Technologist to support EP procedures from neonates to geriatrics. You will operate EP monitors and mapping systems, assist physicians in the scrub role for pacemaker and ICD cases, and help maintain a safe, efficient EP lab environment.

The role requires CVT/EP education, knowledge of EP equipment, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring high-quality patient care. This is an on-site, 100% position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT)/Electrophysiology program or Allied Health Sciences program is required.
• Ability to perform all roles related to first assist in procedures.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular imaging and hemodynamic equipment, EMR and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with performance of EP invasive and interventional procedures (EPS, ablation, PM, ICD, lead extraction, loop recorder).
• Participate in clinical research.
• Maintain quality and safety of the work environment.
• Maintain professional responsibility and accountability.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
