Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced RN for the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab. The role involves recording, circulating, and scrubbing procedures for complex rhythm-management cases in a high-acuity environment.

You must hold BLS and ACLS certifications, with 1–2 years of ICU/cardiac/ED experience preferred. The position includes 10-hour shifts, a mix of weekdays and occasional late shifts, with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac arrhythmias, rhythm interpretation, and treatment modalities.
• 1–2 years of ICU, cardiac, ED, or other relevant acute-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
