McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon is seeking an EP RN Charge to oversee the EP department under the Cardiovascular Services Director and EP Lab Manager. Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Oregon.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 3+ years recent Electrophysiology (EP) Lab experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years recent experience in invasive Cardiac Cath/Vascular/Hybrid or Interventional Radiology is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the general supervision of the Cardiovascular Services Director and the EP Lab Manager the EP RN Charge is responsible for the general overview of the EP department.
• Will work closely with physicians and staff to maximize patient outcomes.
• Will assume responsibility and accountability for all EP staff during EP procedures.
• Will mentor staff, oversee daily lab flows, assist with patient schedules.
• Proves education/training to all EP staff.
• Ensures regulatory compliance.
