Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse in Fort Worth, TX. The RN applies the BSWH nursing model to coordinate patient care, assess patients, and implement individualized care plans in the cath lab setting.

The role requires 1 year of EP experience (Ablations, devices, and LAAOs), active RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certification within 30 days of hire. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available for eligible external candidates.

Qualifications

• RN with 1 year EP experience (Ablations, devices, and LAAOs).
• Must hold active RN license and BLS/ACLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Coordinate patient care using nursing process and safe passage principles.
• Delegate interventions to healthcare personnel based on competencies.
• Ensure patient safety and timely transitions through care pathway.
• Maintain professionalism and adherence to hospital policies.
