Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA is hiring an Electrophysiology Specialist (RCIS or RCES) for the EP Lab. This full-time, day-shift role includes three 12-hour shifts, with training at the main hospital before the November 2026 opening.

Hours are 7a to 7:30p, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or on-call. The EP Specialist assists physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic EP procedures and device implants, provides comprehensive patient care, and contributes to didactic and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist, RCIS or RCES registry eligible required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician during diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology procedures and device implants.
• Provide patient care to EP patients and manage pertinent procedure information.
• Provide didactic and clinical training to staff and trainees.
