Job summary

AdventHealth in Celebration, Florida seeks an experienced EP Lab leader to oversee daily operations of the Electrophysiology Lab within Cardiology, coordinating with EP physicians and anesthesia to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient production.

The role requires EP lab experience, ACLS/BLS and RCIS or RCES or RN credentials, and an Associate or Bachelor's degree. You will mentor staff, manage staffing and supplies, and uphold quality assurance to optimize patient outcomes.

• EP Lab leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration with EP physicians, cardiology teams and anesthesia.

Responsibilities
